Bored with your 24 million dollar theater? 13 million dollar city hall? 9 million dollar parking garage? And, multi-million dollar lakefront development already? Maybe we should "bring in some fancy restaurants and clothing stores, DOWNTOWN, for all you upper class Waukeganites to spend your upper class salaries in. I will pray that we poor people find our voices and move to separate the fools from our city, school district, park district, and township budgets. I'm not bored with anything. Love the theatre, go every chance I get. We do need some restaurants though - I will agree with that. But please, I'm one of the poor people thats lived in Waukegan all my life.
