A CD containing confidential information for 5,000 to 7,500 children was released in an FOIA request by Waukegan Public Schools. The district knew what they released a year ago. The Regional Office of Education has known for more than a week. Please contact the Regional Office of Education or Waukegan Public Schools for more information.
