I like Judge Napolitano and agree with most of what he puts out. Most of these abuses of freedom were products of the Bush administration. And guess who had fought against these infringements on our freedom, which had a provision that allowed the FBI to issue their own search warrants and put a gag order on the person served and subsequently prosecuted an 86 year old librarian because she simply thought she had the freedoms granted under the First Amendment and told another librarian about the search warrant? The much maligned ACLU, who went to court and had these bogus provisions deemed unconstitutional.
