The email explains that the attached files contain social security numbers. Hopefully that is proof enough for everyone. The first file contains 3,253 records including duplicates.

Detailed proof of release of confidential employee information obtained from Waukegan Public School in an FOIA request, including social security numbers were supplied to Asst Regional Superintendent Gary Pickens and the Lake County Federation of Teachers for their 3 different unions.

and you wonder why no one wants to work with you. You rant about the district's slip-up with personal data and you then go on to do the exact same thing, over and over again, on purpose.

Proof of confidential student information being released by Waukegan Public School in an FOIA request was transmitted to the Regional Office of Education Asst. Superintendent Gary Pickens. (Mr. Pickens asked if I could provide proof of the release)
Oh Brother - I'm sure the employees want to know that their information was released. I'm sure that the parents want to know that their children's information was released. Waukegan Public School already knew what they released but didn't notify anyone. I notified the ROE a week ago and so far no one has been notified. I have passed all the information to the ROE who has the information anyway and the employee's information to the Lake County Federation of Teachers after getting a written agreement from them that only LCFT president and the three WPS union presidents would have access to the data. If that isn't acceptable to you, then nothing would be.

Executive Director of Technology Rich Pattison writes a memo that he knows Board Attorney Tom Morris of Hinshaw and Culbertson on behalf of the Board of Education, will refer to in a letter to the Illinois Attorney General's Office. He states he just copied the file and put it on a CD and sent it to me. HE DOES NOT STATE THAT HE REVIEWS ANYTHING MUCH LESS ALL EMAILS (he does this to protect himself because he knows that many many emails have already been deleted.) [attachment=1]
On the other hand, Board Attorney Tom Morris of Hinshaw and Culbertson on behalf of the Board of Education, refers to the letter but tells a different story. He states that Executive Director of Technology Rich Pattison has confirmed to him that all emails have been reviewed. In other words, Board Attorney Tom Morris of Hinshaw and Culberton on behalf of the Board of Education LIED to the Illinois Attorney General's Office.

Why would the board of education, board attorney, superintendent, deputy superintendent and executive director lie or allow this lie to be told to the Illinois Attorney General Office? Why didn't they tell you a week or a year ago? Why did they have to be forced? Why didn't they just tell the truth to you or the IAG? Why did the ROE not force them to tell you a week ago? Why does one person say Pattison reviewed all 7,500 emails but Pattison says he just copied the file? Why haven't thousands of parents been told that their child's confidential information has been released?
