It's danger in the area around/near the school, Although the call I got tonight from them stated it was a 'light lockdown'. :?
All of a sudden I started getting texts from my daughter and some of her friends asking what was going on! I guess it was for 2 periods although the call I got stated a 'few moments'! LOL Anyhow, as it turns out there was a robbery in the area. All is well now!

The schools and parents should be made aware right away...sometimes they are the last to know.

Hi Snoops! How did you find out about it so soon? The only way I knew was from the texts I was getting from the kids. I finally got a call from the school later in the afternoon, (on my phone I took off the call list) but that's another story!

Gotcha...I was at the doctor's office when my phone started going crazy...LOL I'm happy everything turned out alright at the school...I guess that's all that really matters anyway.

Good things students bring their phones to school to let us know what is happening as we can't realy rely on the district to inform us quickly!
