This week Lake County was featured on Dateline. If you missed it here is a link for the transcript. You can also watch the episode at the site.
It was the case that a guy found someone, killed him, faked that it was his own death -all to get insurance money. At the end it says that the wife still hasn't gotten the money.
Truth is stranger than fiction...

Wow! That was something. I read all of it. I can't believe that with the evidence they have, i.e., conversations with her "dead" husband, that she can't be charged with SOMETHING! I wonder where they live? In an upscale neighborhood? Humph!

You can watch it too. Hit the 'Launch' on the right of transcripts. It's in six parts. Just hit the pause and you can come and go.
And yes, they lived in a nice large house.
There were so many other victims in this crime.

Oh $hit, I'm just now seeing this. I've got to try--what picture? There's no picture on the Forum. (That "S "is suppose to be a dollar sign but it looks just like a regular" S"--hope I don't get kicked off)
