Paul Newman - We lost a great one. - northavedude - 09-27-2008

You knew it was going to happen, he was 83 but it's still a little sad losing one of the greatest actors of all time.
Some sites are having polls where you vote for your favorite Paul Newman film. How can you choose?
He was just a man who was very very good at his chosen trade. He leaves a very lasting legacy.

As a young woman, I was in love with him. Whenever he kissed a woman in a movie, it was me he was kissing. I admired him for being loyal to his wife, Joan Woodward. What a hunk! Those eyes, those------(I'll stop here because I am slowly going back in time. )

Butch and Sundance. We did indeed lose one of the good ones.

Anyone heard or read how Joann (?) is taking this. They were like peanut butter and jelly.

Sorry for the families' loss. Paul Newman was a class act.

Thanks for that picture---no gossip about them, and that's for sure. That's an accomplishment, by them being in the movie business.
