I see the construction at the old Karcher Building when I drive by.
I'm wondering how it's coming along. Anyone know?
I've spent a little time around construction and I am wondering
shouldn't the plan be to renovate one floor at a time so you can start renting those
finished units as soon as possible?
Did they hire any local workers or companies?
I'm not bitching .... just curious
