Don't plan those viewing parties yet. The City Council will announce this Monday evening the 20th if the City will or will not have a display.

As long as there is a Parade I'm happy - the Waukegan 4th of July parade has always been a big event - the activities at Bowen afterward - its a good thing for the city.

Yes but almost a well kept secret. Where are all the viewers? We have a parade, we have band concerts, we have a beach and we have. . . come on people!
