I was just thinking the same thing about Alex Jones when I came across this recent story.
The headline says it all.
Alex Jones taps into dark national mood to build media empire.
I think a lot of what he tries to popularize is true, that there are forces in place which enslave and control the people, but then he spews a lot of garbage too. Bottom line is that I've always felt he was a bit of a self promoting con artist. He has been feeding into the fantasy of an armed civil uprising against a criminal government to people who still don't know that professional wrestling is fake.

Hey Danno ...
I agree that Alex Jones is quite an earful to hear. He definitely makes a person think "outside the box" and a lot of what he says many can agree upon, like very profound concerns about The Fed, powerful yet quiet national and global interests and the increase of surveillance upon the public.
