Former Goldman Sachs Employees Who Are Employed By Obama - ClassicalLib17 - 08-21-2010 The problem with the Progressive left and right is that they try to obscure the facts. Why can't they realize that the truth is out there in black and white over the internet? I ask you, WTREADER, what do you have to say about the truth? Shame on you for feigning ignorance to this fact. You should know better. I will pray for your epiphany. May God bless the TeaParty movement, for we have an understanding of what our founding fathers envisioned. God save us all. The White (Goldman Sachs) House theCL 2009-10-25 Corruption, Federal Reserve Nope. Nothing to see here ... It's just a mere coincidence that the following list of Goldman Sachs employees went on to work in the White House and U.S. Treasury. These people are simply the "best and brightest" (who had no idea of a pending financial crash, yet novices were sounding the alarms). No crime here ... Just our humble "public servants." The Goldman/Paulson Nexus Thereâs always room for Goldman Sachs (at the SEC) Government Sachsâ golden profits Re: Former Goldman Sachs Employees Who Are Employed By Obama - WT Reader - 08-21-2010 Thank you for providing us this information, CL. I will research these names and respond. I must wonder how many persons from Goldman and other big financial interests served the previous Bush administration, too. Further, there is a lot of sense in hiring persons who have expertise in BANKING and FINANCE in the private sector to work in government in BANKING and FINANCE. Such persons would obviously know much more about this specialty than let's say a MD or architect, school teacher or brick layer. Also, I wonder how many other persons work in government from other major banking and finance houses other than Goldman? Again, I seek the big, logical picture here, CL ... not just one narrow view of it. Now for your hope that I have an "ephiphany" and discover "the truth." CL, please tell me what "the truth" is. What is "the truth", CL ?? Here's your big chance, convert me, guide me to "the truth." What brilliant ray of revelaton from The Soarng Heavens Above has beamed down this extraordinary "truth" to you and only you along with only fellow "teapartiers"? Show me "The One and Only Light" .. I will research these names and respond. I must wonder how many persons from Goldman and other big financial interests served the previous Bush administration, too.I am confused, WT, the list clearly mentions which administration hired these people. As I pointed out, Progressives, on the left and right, are the problem. Are you trying to hide GW Bush's hiring record to protect your socialist-leaning President Obama? Our country is broke, knock it off with the social justice, marxist crap. Re: Former Goldman Sachs Employees Who Are Employed By Obama - WT Reader - 08-22-2010 Yes, you are correct. You did indicate that a number of those listed were also in the prior Bush administration. My oversight. Now again, though, there seems to be considerable logic to retain and hire those from the banking and financial sector to be part of the federal government to share their expertise with all of us. Granted, this banking and financial system is full of mysteries. One day Wall Street experts are proclaiming a recovery is definitely here, then the next day when the stock market slips these same experts wring their hands, many proclaiming we are headed into a "double-dip recession." Huh?? What is it?? Very confusing and hard to figure ! Point I make that trying to predict the economy is often akin to reading a crystal ball or tea leaves, lol !! Who really can do it? But if anyone at least sort of should be able to do so, it makes sense to me that those who have been in this system act as advisors, as who else can really figure a lot if it out?? -- WT Reader Re: Former Goldman Sachs Employees Who Are Employed By Obama - Blackdiamond - 08-23-2010 WT--CLASS CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH. |
