Re: Scoop Unplugged - Danno - 06-23-2010

Quote: The Scoop Unplugged concept quickly took shape among local car enthusiasts and civic boosters, with July 10 proposed for free scooping around downtown.

The News-Sun, or maybe those taking the credit, should be more specific. I initiated the detailed plan for rebirth of informal scooping. I called it "Scooping The Loop" and printed flyers and distributed them the very same day it was announced by the mayor that the city would not promote the event this year.
