The unknowns are residents of Waukegan who did not state their year of residency. 91% of CREW membership consists of Waukegan residents.

Check out the audio of the candidate interviews. Especially Mr. Guzmans.... The other voice you hear is his son who is running for 2nd Ward Alderman. Still? At the meeting Guzman Jr. said that he would take the place of Mr. Vukovich when his dad won.
