Saturday night, at 7:30 p.m. the Brick Cafe and Bookstore, located at 30 N. Genesee St. is featuring live blues music by
Katsu Kosaka & Yukari Nakamura. This piano & hamonica duo comes from the deepest blues country - South State Street! Playing jazz, pops & blues, Katsu and Yukari have played with many Chicago greats: Billy Branch, Carlos Johnson, and more.

This show promises to be smooth and soulful - don't miss this one!

And last but not least, there is a FREE chamber music concert being presented by members of the Waukegan Symphony Orchestra at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday at the First Presbyterian Church of Waukegan, 122. N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. You'll hear:
Heroic music for Organ & Brass

Dvořák - Wind Serenade in D Minor

There is going to be some incredible playing - you'll be inspired after hearing this and glad you made the effort to seek a change of pace from your normal Sunday routine.

Since we want you to attend the live music and theater, anyone with a hankering to see The Godfather at the Genesee Theater this weekend could watch the Saturday matinee at 3:00 p.m. and still make it to the Brick or the Jack Benny Center for the Arts for Saturday night's show. WOW....it's all happening in Waukegan this weekend!
