A 10,000,000 dollar judgement for serving four years for a wrongful conviction? What law firm represented the City of Waukegan in this case? WE taxpayers are now on the hook for this kind of incompetent legal representation. If any of you anonymous posters think you can make a restaurant, book store, or theater prosper in this law and order stymied community, show us the way! NOW HEAR THIS!
