Rumor is that George Torrez, Forever Construction is filing bankruptcy- leaving a lot of people in the lurch.

I also hear that he is re-opening a new construction company..... Couvall must have advised him. :lol:

That's the thing about a lot of contractors. They have a business going, get into trouble, then go bankrupt/cease operations and start a new business before the ink on the bounced checks dries.

Is it his company that started, stopped, started again those 'luxury' apartments on Sunset? Those poor houses had a forest in their back yard and now they've got a shell to see from their back porches.

Not that this town needs ANY more apartment buildings.
