Are you Tom Koncan? Tell us more. What are your plans and ideas?
Sure would be nice to know.
I'm intrigued. Tell us more.

Seems like there are numerous action groups starting in Waukegan. 8-) Smile

This city has so much potential...
oh gosh, no this is not Tom Koncan- we are a grassroots community group who are fighting to make Waukegan a better, safer, stronger community. We have been having house meetings throughout Waukegan, but most of the work we have done so far has been in the 2nd Ward and that is why we invited Alderman Tom Koncan to participate and negotiate on getting street signs and cleaning the alleyways in that ward. Come to our big meeting to learn more, and let everyone and anyone you know to come as well!
