Hello all.

Some people are really curious about where I live. So I will post some more info about the place where I live.

I live in the Province of North-Brabant, one of the largest provinces in The Netherlands. we are the middle-southern province of our country.
Our province borders on Belgium, to the west is the province of Zeeland, to the south-east is Limburg.

We Brabanders as we call ourselves, love life, are very friendly and we like to enjoy the good things of life. food, good wine and spirits are one of our favored passtimes when we do not work. This is called the Burgundian Lifestye.

The Capitol of our province is 'S-Hertogenbosch (The Duke's Forest in English Translation)

I live in the Town of Breda: (Which is reckognized as a town for 754 years! Our Church of Our Great Lady has been there for 600 years!!)

BEAUTIFUL! Was that you swimming at that Opening? What is the significance of that Opening of the (I've forgotten). While looking at everything I thought, hell, I could live there--and then I SAW THE SNOW. Forgitaboutit. I could only watch so much of the musical video. I started getting irritated because I didn't understand the words. (The guy was cute though). Thank you for sharing. What was that real tall Building with the steeple? (Oh, well, I guess you're wishing I hadn't looked at it with all the questions I'm giving you). :lol:

No, it wasn't me at the opening swimming

The large building with the steeple in the video about my hometown is the Church of Our Lady, a Cathedral.

In the other video it is the St. John's Church in 'S-Hertogenbosch.

The guy who is singing is called Guus Meeuwis, a folksinger

Opening?

The only thing I know of Opening is the Opening of Parliament in September, it is a yearly event.

That guy was swimming in honor of some "opening" that takes place every year.
